The Spacehills VIP Programme, Rank by Rank

Spacehills VIP programme ranks and cashback rates

Spacehills publishes its loyalty programme in more detail than almost anything else on the site: eleven named ranks spread across fifty levels, each with a stated cashback percentage and a stated number of store points. This page sets out what the casino publishes, and what the numbers mean once you look at how they are earned.

The eleven ranks

Players start at Rookie and climb by collecting points on real-money play. These are the ranks and the benefits the casino attaches to each:

Rank Levels Cashback Store points per level Extras
Rookie 1 Weekly rewards, Friday free bet, tournaments
Cadet 2–4 1% 10 Weekly rewards, Friday free bet, tournaments
Navigator 5–9 2–4% 15–20 Weekly rewards, Friday free bet, tournaments
Commander 10–14 5% 20 Weekly rewards, Friday free bet, tournaments
Colonel 15–19 6–7% 20–25 Weekly rewards, Friday free bet, tournaments
Captain 20–24 8–9% 25–50 VIP manager, birthday gift, VIP events
Admiral 25–29 10–11% 80 VIP manager, birthday gift, VIP events
Starlord 30–34 12–13% 100 VIP manager, birthday gift, VIP events
Titan 35–39 13–15% 120 VIP manager, birthday gift, VIP events
Overlord 40–44 15–17% 140 VIP manager, birthday gift, VIP events
Space Legend 45–50 17–20% 160–200 VIP manager, birthday gift, VIP events

Two shifts are worth noticing in that table. The Friday free bet and the tournament access run from level one and stop being listed at Captain, where a VIP manager and a birthday gift appear instead. And the cashback rate roughly doubles between Commander and Admiral, then climbs slowly for the remaining twenty-five levels.

What cashback actually returns

Cashback is calculated on net losses over a week, not on turnover and not on deposits. If a week ends level, there is nothing to return. If it ends down €200 at Commander level, 5% of that is €10.

That framing is worth holding onto, because a rising cashback percentage is a reward for losing more rather than a discount on playing. At Space Legend, 20% of net losses comes back — which also means 80% does not. Cashback reduces the rate at which a bankroll drains; it does not reverse the direction.

The casino does not publish how many points a level takes, and this page will not invent a figure. What it does publish is that points accrue on real-money wagers, which means progress tracks how much you stake rather than whether you win. Two players with the same results and different stake sizes will be on different levels.

Store points and the shop

Every level pays out store points, from ten per level at Cadet to two hundred at Space Legend. Points are spent in the SpaceHills shop on bonuses and free spins — which means the reward for climbing is denominated in bonus funds, and bonus funds carry the conditions set out on the bonuses page: 35× wagering, a €5 maximum bet, and a €2,000 ceiling on what can be withdrawn.

Points are also earned outside the levelling track, through the weekly missions. Those are opt-in challenges that reset each week and pay in points rather than cash.

Which benefits are worth something

Loyalty programmes mix real value with decoration, and the two are easy to tell apart once you ask what each benefit costs the casino:

Benefit What it is worth
Cashback Real and measurable — a stated percentage of a number you can check yourself
Faster withdrawals and higher limits Real, but only if you were being slowed down; the casino publishes no standard processing times to compare against
Friday free bet Real and quantified on the sports side: €25 wagered returns €5, €50 returns €10, €100 returns €25, at minimum odds 1.5
Store points Real, but paid in bonus funds rather than cash, so the wagering conditions apply
Dedicated VIP manager Depends entirely on the individual; it is an account relationship, not a term
Birthday gift Unquantified — the casino does not publish what it is
Tournament access Available from level one, so not really a tier benefit

The cost of climbing

Because points follow turnover, a loyalty tier is a record of how much has gone through the account. Reaching Space Legend is not a sign of skill or of good luck; it is a sign of volume. The programme is designed to make continued play feel rewarded, and it does that honestly enough — the percentages are published and they are real — but the arithmetic underneath does not change.

If you are choosing a level to aim for, the useful question is not how high you can climb but whether the cashback at your current pace is worth more than the stakes required to keep it. For most players it will not be, and that is the answer worth having before the programme is anything other than a table.

Frequently asked questions

How many VIP levels does Spacehills have?

Fifty levels grouped into eleven named ranks: Rookie, Cadet, Navigator, Commander, Colonel, Captain, Admiral, Starlord, Titan, Overlord and Space Legend.

How much cashback do you get at each level?

The published rates run from 1% at Cadet to 20% at Space Legend: Navigator 2–4%, Commander 5%, Colonel 6–7%, Captain 8–9%, Admiral 10–11%, Starlord 12–13%, Titan 13–15%, Overlord 15–17%. Rookie has no cashback rate listed.

Is cashback calculated on losses or on turnover?

On net losses over the week. A week that ends level returns nothing, and the percentage applies to what you are down rather than to what you staked.

How many points does a level take?

The casino does not publish the thresholds. It does state that points accrue on real-money wagers, so progress tracks the amount staked rather than results.

When do you get a VIP manager?

From Captain, which begins at level 20. The same tier is where birthday gifts and VIP events start being listed.
